Gloria Namgung, Editor-in-Chief
Gloria Namgung is a third-year staffer and a second-year Editor-in-chief for Smoky Now. She is a current student in the IB program and is involved with clubs like IB Council and National Honor Society. On the weekends, you can see her volunteering at her local church with younger kids and helping teach at a Korean school or working a part-time job at a clothing store. Her goal for the 2023-24 school year as a senior is to be more active with the school and build closer friendships with others. Namgung favors fashion and styling herself in her free time. In her spare time, she enjoys going to museums and finding unique shops in Denver. A year from now, she wishes to attend the Fashion Institute of Technology and work in fashion as a future career. Namgung also has a love for traveling and finding new places to go to and experience. On her bucket list, she hopes to visit Paris, New York City, and Italy one day.
