The 9-5 Smoky Hill Buffaloes basketball team host the 8-5 Eaglecrest Raptors tomorrow night, January 18 at 7:30 pm. Smoky Hill has been on a two game winning streak where coming into tomorrow players say, “ keeping the momentum” is a big part of winning this game.

“we can’t drop another one,” said Head Coach Hardin to his players.

As every game is important, games have been more critical dropping 3 early loses in the first 5 games of the Centennial league challenging the Buffs to go undefeated the rest of the year to get a good spot for the playoffs.

John Harge, a big key to Smoky Hill’s success this season, has averaged 16.3 ppg, 1.2 assist, 7.7 rebounds, 2.5 steals, and 1.3 blocks. Tomorrow night the Buffs will need Harge’s head locked in the game along with the phenomenal and talented team’s effort. As the Buffaloes are preparing to play tomorrow night against the Raptors, their fans have already purchased tickets the day before the big game.
