Wednesday morning at 7:50 a.m., I stopped by the school security office. Lockers have not been available for weeks into the school year, and now that they are, I wanted one.
When I asked the security guard about how I could get one, I was told I had to ask on my off period. This immediately didn’t make sense to me, because it was before school hours and should not have been a problem.
During the second period, my off period, I went back and asked again. I stood there for about five minutes before I was told that they “couldn’t find the paper”. Why should the students have to deal with the consequences of a lack of organization in our school?
