Homecoming is Oct. 3, and the school is buzzing with excitement.

“This is my first homecoming at smoky hill and i have heard lots of good things from people and I am excited for all the dress up days and events,” senior Chad Fredrick said.

There will be many events throughout the week, including Buff Puff, a volleyball tournament for the boys in Smoky Hill.   “I’m going to be in the Buff Puff volleyball on Monday, so I’m gonna show off my volleyball skills.” Fredrick said.

A new event this year will be the Powder Puff,a football game for Smoky Hill girls on Monday next week.“I’m also helping run the powder buff which is the first year we have done it here so hopefully that will work well,” Fredrick said.

The whole week is also dedicated to dressing up. “I have been planning my dress up days for the past  week or so  trying to make sure everything perfect,” Fredrick said.

Monday will be America day.

Tuesday will be Blast from the Past.

Wednesday will be Sports day.

Thursday will be Class Day.

Friday will be Spirit Day.
