Avengers: Age of Ultron is the second installment of the popular “Avengers” movie series. The movie takes place just after the agency S.H.I.E.L.D. has fallen. The Avengers search the globe in order to find Loki’s (brother of Thor) staff and retrieve it from the hands of Hydra. Once it is in their possession, Tony Stark takes it upon himself to use its power to create something that was supposed to protect the world for them. Something goes wrong and the Avengers are again called into action to save us all. Even as the fate of the world rests in their hands, unrest stirs just below the surface of the team.

The movie itself is good. I would definitely recommend going to see it, even if you are not that big of a Marvel fan. It is worth the two hours and 22 minutes of your time. The movie is funny, and not just in little ways-they know how to keep a joke alive, even if it has already been said four to five times – exemplified by Tony Stark himself saying, “-and watch your Gosh Darn language!” Avengers: Age of Ultron will keep you laughing throughout the night, even if some of it is a bit corny. It is a bit predictable, however. It is your typical “hero squad” movie, but that is no reason to not see it and enjoy your evening.
While the movie does not make you feel (at least for people who are not obsessed with Marvel) in a way that other movies will, it is still a touching and heartwarming film full of action, adventure, jokes, and all around good times. I would give it four point nine nine nine stars, and that is only because nothing is perfect.
