A Seniors Last Homecoming

Homecoming 2015 is Saturday October 3 from 8-11 p.m. in the Stampede. A senior’s homecoming is the most important homecoming because it’s their last. Homecoming may not seem like a big deal for awhile. After all, it is just a dance. Except it’s not when you’re a senior.

When you’re a senior, homecoming becomes a big deal because it’s the last. Being a senior should be fun when it comes to school activities. Dressing up everyday during spirit week, going all out during spirit week, going to homecoming, winter formal, all those things, seniors should try to enjoy one last time.

Senior Angelique Williams believes that this year’s homecoming theme is better than last year’s. Williams is upset about this being her last homecoming. Williams didn’t go to any of the other homecomings, she is gonna miss the activities the most, and her favorite part of spirit week is the dressing up. “[My favorite part is] dancing and having a good time” Williams said.

Senior Greg Ross calls this year’s homecoming theme cool. Ross has gone to every homecoming, his favorite part about homecoming is the dancing, and he says that he will miss his friends the most. “I feel like I’m gonna make it my best ‘cause it’s my last” Ross said. “{[My favorite part is] just the school spirit” Ross said.

Homecoming is a place to laugh, dance, and have fun with friends. No one should waste that by sitting at home while others are having fun. Homecoming is a time for relaxing from school. Take advantage of it.
Interesting format, great job. I’ve not seen this before, so amazing!
