Some Words of Encouragment
You’re beautiful, don’t forget that.
April 8, 2016
The words, “You’re beautiful, don’t forget that,” are written in girls bathroom near the World Language Resource Center in the left stall.
I don’t know who wrote it, but when I saw this written in the stall, it made feel special. It was also a really nice reminder that I am in fact beautiful and I don’t need to be anyone that I am not.
Whoever wrote it, is an amazing person for being so inspirational. It really made my morning.
Between studying for ACT’s, keeping up with my grades, along with other extra curricular activities, it made me feel at peace and calm.
I feel like a lot of the time, I have so much going inside my head and that there is so much stress to figure out, that it can be really overwhelming to come to school and have motivation to keep going.
Waking up at 5:00 every morning doesn’t help either. Now I feel like I have the drive I need to start my day and finish this year off well.
I know it’s odd, but if any of my fellow students feel like they need some motivation to keep going and not give up on school, go into that stall and it might help you too.
