Attention to class of 2017, Mandatory meetings for graduates and their parents/guardians are at 7:00 p.m. Tues. April 11 (A-L) or Wednesday April 12 (M-Z).

Any student planning to participate in the graduation ceremony must attend one of these meetings with a parent or guardian. If unable to attend assigned night, please attend alternate night. In regards of cap and gown portraits, Dorian Studios will be at Smoky Hill High School on April 26, from 10:30 a.m. through 1:00 p.m. in the Activities Hall. This will provide seniors an opportunity to acquire individual, studio quality cap and gown portraits. (Individual pictures are not taken during the commencement ceremony. Video only will be available.) A wide variety of portrait packages will be available. No sitting fee required. Photos will be delivered home. Portrait order forms will be handed out at the Senior Parent Meetings on April 11 and 12.

Mandatory graduation rehearsal for all graduates:

Tues., May 23rd, 1:00 p.m., West Gym.

Cap and Gown distribution follows rehearsal.

The “checklist” for class of 2017 are:

• Seniors must clear all fines in Bookkeeping in order to participate in graduation.

• Be sure you have paid for your cap and gown through Jostens, (www.Jostens.com), prior to the mandatory Senior/Parent Meetings in order to receive your tickets for graduation.
