Smoky’s theatre is presenting Almost, Maine February 28 and Saturday, March 1 at 7:15. It will be $5 in advance and $7 at the door. Last year it was the most produced play in the nation (at the high school level).

“It’s 10 little short love scenes, each about 10 minutes long about the different phases of relationships. We cast a different  person for each role so there is 19 kids that are involved in the show in terms of actors.” Director the play Mr. Brown said .

This is the first time that Almost Maine will be preformed at Smoky “I think that anyone who sees it is really gonna like it, I’ve really fallen in love with the piece. I’ve never directed the same piece twice but in five or seven years I might want to come back and direct this one again”  Brown said
