Prom Ready

It may be snowing but that won’t stop us from having the time of our lives at prom

faustyProm is tomorrow and if you haven’t noticed it is snowing like crazy outside and according the the forecast it’s going to continue to snow through tomorrow. But have no fear, there are ways to have an amazing prom, regardless of the weather.

Use waterproof makeup and a setting spray. This is one of the best ways to keep your makeup in place. Although having an umbrella will limit the amount of water,  it isn’t going to completely block it out so make sure you use makeup that doesn’t wash off easily just in case any water gets through. Then finish it with a setting spray to lock your makeup right where you want it.

A lot of people planned to wear a certain pair of shoes. Make sure those shoes are really the shoes you want to wear when it’s cold and slippery out, and if necessary, change to shoes that are easier to walk in

Prom pictures don’t always have to take place outside, so before you lock your plans into place, be sure to have a few backup settings for pictures, whether it is someone’s house or somewhere with a gazebo.

And lastly, Prom is never perfect. Plans change all the time so if your expectations are high, you may get let down. So remember to just go with the flow, and if things don’t go exactly how you want, remember you’re there to have a great time.
