The rest of the week will follow this pattern with the exception of the temperatures. They will, however, remain in the same temperature range.”I think it’s great because I love rain and we never get this much rain. It could help the drought,” freshman Daniel Angeles said.

Sunday is predicted to have storms mixed with snow flurries early in the day and in the evening.

With the weather the way it is, there are several watches in place around the Denver area for flash floods. Arapahoe, Boulder, Clear Creek, Douglas, Elbert, Gilpin, Jefferson, and Larimer counties are all under this watch until 9 p.m. this evening. According to the watch, flooding of small creeks, streams, and gulches are possible and should be reported immediately to the local police.

If a flash flood is to occur, be prepared to move immediately. Do not attempt to cross flowing water above six inches deep.
