IB Senior Recognition Ceremony
IB students are recognized for their acheivements

The IB Diploma Candidates will be recognized and honored at the annual IB Senior Recognition Ceremony on Mon. May 16 at 8:30 a.m. in the Auditorium.
All ninth, tenth and eleventh grade IB students are required to attend this ceremony and will be excused from their classes in order to attend.
The ceremony is scheduled to start at 8:30 a.m. and end by 10:30 a.m.
Seniors will be given there gold IB stoles that they will wear at graduation.
“I am very excited to be apart of the ceremony and to get my gold stole,” senior IB Diploma Candidate Monica Kleyman said, “I have been waiting and dreaming of completing – the IB Diploma Programme- since I was a freshman. Time flies so fast and I can’t believe I am graduating with an IB Diploma.”
During the event, Jack Eberhard will be taking pictures of the whole ceremony and will be taking the graduates final portrait.
“I am excited to attend the ceremony,” sophomore IB/MYP student, Madison Webster said. “I just can’t wait until that will be me walking across the stage.”
“The IB Senior Recognition ceremony will be a wonderful celebration of academic achievement,” according to the Smoky Hill High School website.
