While Levy Thamba Pongi, a student from the Republic of Congo, had came to Colorado for a visit, he did not know what was awaiting for him. Pongi was taking classes in Wyoming this year and visited Colorado for his Spring Break.

According to the 9NEWS, he was in the hotel Holiday Inn in Denver when he died. This incident occurred on March 11, 2014 yet investigators released more information on how he died.

Pongi fell off the balcony in the hotel after  he had swallowed a cookie with marijuana inside. This new information was released on Wed., April 2. Toxicology tests had said to have 7.2 nanogram of pot in his body.

Nowadays, adults and under-aged high school students smoke marijuana and take drugs. This however is not a good thing at all. About 40 percent of high school students have tried marijuana at least once.

In my opinion making something legal does not mean its right. To me, marijuana is just a substance you take that destroys your health.
