Check out is Monday May 16 for seniors. All seniors must make sure they have paid all of their fines listed on their check out sheets. Students or parents may call records to pay these fines until Thursday, May 12 but after then, they must wait until May 16. Checks will not be accepted. Students must make sure they turn in all of their textbooks and their parking permits if they have one.

Not only do students have to turn in parking permits and textbooks, but they must also get signatures from Post Grad, the clinic, the library, athletics, security, bookkeeping and counseling. If students don’t follow the directions listed on the checkout sheet, they will not walk at graduation which takes place, Thursday, May 26 at 8 a.m. at the University of Denver Campus.

“The reason we do our check out all in one day is because we must wait for every student to be done with their finals and have their final grades listed in the grade book.” Said Claire Cooper, a secretary in the records office.
Make sure you get your check out sheets as soon as possible which are found in the records office.
