The Google Cardboard, experiencing virtual reality in a simple and fun way. Google Cardboard brings immersive experiences approaching  you one step away from viewing virtual reality on your smartphone.  Google Cardboard is simply low cost, virtual reality. The Google Cardboard costs around $10-15 depending on where you’re buying the product.

With Google Cardboard, you have access to tour different cities and places with real life capacity. Students were given the opportunity to use Google Cardboard and they got the opportunity to view different cities. For example, students were viewing the homes of Aztecs/Mayans.

Last week students had the opportunity to try out google classboard in the Library here at Smoky.

These trips are collections that includes 3D images and video, and ambient sound. When all students receive their 3D goggles, the teacher selects a destination, and the entire classroom jumps there automatically.

“It was a really cool experience, I’m glad that our class was chosen to be apart of the demonstration”, Sophomore Eric Williams said.

With Google cardboard, you also have the ability to use this device for games as well. It’s built with different features available to anyone.

“If you enjoy gaming, I recommend you purchase Google Cardboard, it takes gaming to another level”, Senior Rene Sazo said.
