Wednesday 7, our girls basketball team lost  their game against Arapahoe High School with a score of 36-63. Brynell Yount scoring the last basket of the game, and Janay Henderson scoring the most of the night.

During halftime it was announced that the unified basketball team had made state.

“I think we did well in the second half, we played like a team and came through,” Player Taylor Ruby said. “People (the team)  played with some heart. I think we fell apart with some turnovers and we kinda well apart with the pressure.”

Ruby acknowledged the importance of losing the game.

“It’s our mid season checkpoint, we wanted to come out with a bang for the second half of the season.”
