Class meetings start Thursday, Aug. 25 and will end Friday, Aug. 26 to discuss and vote upcoming events, and talk about school rules and requirements.

“We start every year with the class meeting and one thing we are required to do is talk about schools rules. We will also be talking about homecoming since it is so early in the year this year, classes will be voting on film on the field movies and school slogans for next year. More than anything, the class meetings are about making sure students are aware of the school rules.” Scott Cohan the activities director said.

Here is the class meetings schedule:

Freshman class meeting starts at 8:05-8:45 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 25
Sophomore class meeting starts 9:47-10:27 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 25
Junior class meeting starts 8:05-8:45 a.m. Friday, Aug. 26
Senior class meeting starts 9:47-10:27 a.m. Friday, Aug. 26

Students will be called out of their classes to go to the auditorium for 40 minutes then must report back to their classes afterwards. Seniors will be taking their senior class photo in the East gym before their class meeting begins.
