The Unidentified Blue Paintings

What’s with the blue, you may ask?

After winter break ended, everyone walking down the halls has the same question on their mind, “What is with the blue paintings around the school?”

The art teacher Mrs. Brown went out of her way to do something so nice for the school by creating these paintings. “I started these murals as a way to liven up the building and to try to infuse it with a bit more color,” Mrs. Brown said.

Being that the paintings look like blobs of blue paint on the wall, no one was able to make out what they are. “They are not finished. Simply because I want it to be a surprise for everyone, much like coming back to the blue “portals” as I’ve heard them called,” Mrs. Brown said.

The paintings are drawing a lot of attention from the students,  probably because there are ten paintings located around the school.

It is clear that our school wants to make the school a more colorful and happy place with the allowing the paintings to be made. “Our Principal is VERY supportive of our department, so when I asked him about doing this project, he simply said, make it happen,” Mrs. Brown said.
