At 7:15 tonight, Smoky Hill’s choirs will have their holiday concert. Many of the students performing tonight are excited about the performance.

“Its going to be really good.” sophomore Kelly Rebollo said. “I’m really excited for the men’s acapella [Mack Show]. Last year they did Straight No Chaser’s 12 Days of Christmas [and] it was really good. I’m excited to see what it is [that they’re singing] this year.”

While the concert is exciting for many, it is bittersweet for the seniors who are leaving this year.

“It makes me really sad that this is my last [holiday] concert,” senior Joseph Mansour said. “I’m going to miss everyone; they’re like my family.”

Not just the seniors are having mixed feelings about tonight’s event.
“It is the seniors’ last holiday concert,” Rebollo said. “But I love the concert because it’s so emotional.”
